Order Processing:
Orders are processed in 24-72 business hours, usually within 48 hours. Shipping requires an adult signature (21+) and a valid photo ID. No processing on weekends or federal holidays.
Adult Signature Service:
All vape mail requires Adult Signature Confirmation (21+). If undeliverable due to the absence of a signatory, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Shipping Carriers:
